Administrator welcome message What is CP Forum? Founded by Motocena in 2006, this forum has been around for about a year now. It was made for Clubpenguin only, but then after time, more forums were added. My goal is to make a large variety of forums, so this forum doesn't look dull and boring. I hope you think that too. I know I will get this question a lot, so I'll say it now. If you want to be a moderator, you have to prove your a mature and spam-free poster. If you think your mature and spam-free message me and tell me. Ask if you can become a moderator. Administrators will not be added unless a spot is open. There are three administrator spots. The three spots will be filled at all times. Rules One of the most important aspects on a forum. So here they are: 1. NO Spamming. 2. NO Double Posting. 3. NO Creating Pointless Threads. 4.
